Custom home builder serving Sumter, SC since 2025

D&S Renovations LLC was founded in 2025 with a simple goal: help homeowners across South Carolina get quality work done by a crew that actually cares. We started this business because we believe every homeowner deserves honest service, careful craftsmanship, and a contractor who shows up and does the job right.

The drive behind this company runs deep. Growing up, our founder watched his parents work hard every day to build a better life for their family. Their dedication left a mark. That same work ethic is what gets us on the job every morning and what pushes us to do right by every customer we serve. This business is personal, and that shows in the way we work.

We work closely with each homeowner to understand what they want and how to make it happen. Whether you have a clear plan or just a rough idea, we listen first. Then we get to work. We believe trust is earned through results, not promises, so we focus on doing the job well every single time.

D&S Renovations handles a wide range of projects for homeowners across the region. We install tin roofs and shingle roofs, build porches, decks, gazebos, and carports, and handle full home additions. Inside the home, we do tile showers and bath installs, flooring, kitchen cabinet installs, drywall, trimwork, and window and door installs. We also take on house siding, concrete work, plumbing, and electrical.

We serve homeowners in Sumter, Manning, Columbia, Florence, Santee, Orangeburg, Camden, Lexington, and Moncks Corner. If you are in the South Carolina Midlands or surrounding areas, we are ready to help with your next project.

For us, a finished job is never just a finished job. It is a home someone lives in, a space a family gathers in, and a reflection of the care we put into our work. We take that seriously on every project, big or small.
